AI response analysis
A Pro AI summary that reads your responses and surfaces the standout findings, processed in the EU.
On the Results tab, a Pro AI summary helps you understand what people answered. It reads server-side aggregates and a bounded sample of your open-text answers: it never sees your whole response set, and is processed in the EU by Mistral AI, only when you use it. What it does
- AI summary: a short read of the responses with the standout findings, at the top of the Summary view.
Actions and caching
AI is metered in actions (5 per month on Free, 100 on Pro, per workspace), the same quota shared with every AI feature in Formbear; see AI assistant and actions. Generating a summary costs one action. The result is cached: reopening it is free, and you only spend an action to refresh once new responses have come in. The refresh control tells you when a result is already up to date.
