Generate forms with AI
Describe a form in plain language and get a ready draft, either from a blank New form or inside the editor.
Instead of building a form block by block, describe what you want and let AI draft it. Generated fields are ordinary blocks: edit their labels, reorder them, or delete them exactly like anything you add yourself.
Starting from scratch
From Forms, open the New form menu and choose Generate with AI. Describe the form you want in a sentence or two and Formbear drafts it straight into the editor, ready to refine.
Adding to an existing form
Inside the editor, use the assistant input docked at the bottom of the canvas. Focus it and it expands into a small chat; describe the questions you want and the assistant proposes them as suggested changes you review first. Apply adds them to the form as ordinary blocks; Dismiss discards them. The conversation sticks around for the editing session and shrinks back to the input when you click away.
The assistant sees your current questions and only ever proposes additions: it never rewrites, reorders, or removes existing blocks, and it will not redesign the form unless you explicitly ask for a whole new one. Tell it where something belongs (“after the email question”) and the suggestion is placed there; when your request is ambiguous, it asks a short follow-up question instead of guessing.
